My Adventure
My Unique Journey …
Includes growing up with a transgender parent, adventuring through Spain for 5 years, and transforming clinical depression into genuine joy and impact. I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area as a very sensitive soul - I could feel the times we’re in right now coming and my heart filled with a sadness I was unable to shake for decades.
Learning how to feel real joy and pleasure in my body (beginning at age 30 - really) was what began to break the spell for me. After that, I had the great privilege of working with a somatic (somatic = in the body) practitioner in Madrid, Spain who helped me rewrite the story I was carrying in my breath and bones. He taught me about Astrology, wisdom from the Mayan people he’d lived and studied with, and the connection between the body and the mind. I was never the same after (in the best possible way).
From there I completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Somatic Psychology and Latino Mental Health, and in 2017 I transitioned to coaching - which I adore. I currently live in Southern California, and some of my favorite pastimes are storytelling, magic-making, and exploring the beauty of the world we live in.

My Passion …
Is creativity, soul alchemy, and destiny magic. I LOVE supporting my clients and students in using the gifts they were meant to give to this world through a blend of stardust and strategy - meaning both the inner alignment and the outward actions.
I've been a teacher and facilitator since 2010 and a coach since 2017. I hold a master's degree in Clinical & Somatic Psychology and Latino Mental Health.
I've had the honor and privilege of training in Transformational Coaching and Leadership with Dr. Claire Zammit since 2018, Positive Intelligence Coaching with Coach Shirzad Chamine since 2021, and Solar Work with the magickal Carolyn Elliott since 2026.
My first career was in sales and marketing, with over a decade of experience in fashion merchandising and management. I currently hold a role at the Quantum School with Jocelyn Star Feather where I support with course creation, website design, and course management.
Note: Although I’ve been deeply trained in the ‘Women-Centered’ Coaching Method, I support both men and women in my business, and find that all genders benefit from these transformational practices.

I also find these techniques to be especially effective for reducing anxiety, overwhelm, and recurring sadness.

More About My Experience…

Professional: I received my certification in Transformational Leadership with Dr. Claire Zammit (training from 2019-2020), then continued to uplevel my business mastery in Dr. Claire’s Platinum Program.
Before then, I worked in sales, management, merchandising, and customer service for over 15 years, and then developed my leadership skills a teacher.
I’ve trained in heart-centered sales and Sage Business Development from Positive Intelligence, business basics from WEV, and have mentored in markeing and messaging with Jocelyn Star Feather, as well as training in creative writing and website design.
Personal: I’ve loved creativity and uniqueness since I was young, and as part of my own life adventure was receiving somatic coaching in Spanish (which is not my native language). I saw firsthand the magic of rewriting my story, and how this shapes our life and experiences into power.

Professional: I trained in Clinical & Somatic Psychotherapy and Latino Mental Health at Antioch University, and received my Master’s Degree in 2018. I completed my psychotherapy internship, as well as receiving additional training in Mindfulness-Based practices at Calm where I had the privledge of supporting bi-cultural families.
Personal: As someone who is highly sensitive, learning to work with my body (the somatic) was instrumental to transforming many of my early experiences of anxiety and depression into impact, confidence, joy, and power.
Becoming more aware of my joy led me to move to Spain, where my life completely changed. I lived and worked there for 5 years and was supported by an amazing somatic psychologist who taught me the skill of paying attention to how things felt in my body so I could take action on them in ways that truly catalyzed my destiny. I love being able to offer this gift to my clients and students, so they can trust their own inner navigation system and use it to create real magic in the world.

Professional: I received my certification in Transformational Coaching & Facilitation by Dr. Claire Zammit, Feminine Power, and the Institute for Institute for Women-Centered Coaching. I studied with Dr. Claire from 2018-2020, and continued to uplevel my coaching mastery in with her from 2022-2024.
*I find these techniques work great for men too!
Personal: Although I’m a powerful woman now in my 40s, I had quite a challenging time when I was younger and had some big trauma wounds to heal. Using transformational coaching to break through old patterns and lean into my destiny has been key in reclaiming my voice and power, and getting myself to the next level (that’s why I’ve immersed myself in it for so many years!).
As I began to study modalities like astrology and Human Design, I was also delighted to find that having the ability to take action on our destiny integrates beautifully with spiritual techniques.

Professional: I was trained in Positive Intelligence Coaching by Shirzad Chamine. This coaching approach is based on two of my favorite ideas: Positive Psychology and Neuroscience. I began my Positive Intelligence training in 2021 and have continued each year since.
Personal: Both Positive Psychology and Positive Intelligence have been instrumental in my ability navigate my life with more power and joy. I also find that Positive Intelligence gives me tools to reduce anxiety that are much more effective than anything else I’ve personally tried, and love being able to offer this deep, lasting, and meaningful support to the clients I serve.
