In this fun, interactive playshop together, we’ll blend neuroscience, somatic psychology (somatic = “in the body”) with transformational coaching + leadership. You’ll discover a pleasurable and nourishing 4-step process to align your offering with your destiny, amplify the value of the amazing work you already do, and create delicious results with clients.

As a Creativity Engineer and Certified Coach with a Master’s Degree in Clinical + Somatic Psychology and Latino Mental Health, and a background in sales + marketing, I’ve helped 100s of clients and students share their gifts with confidence and make money with their magic. 1. Is this for men or women? Is it free?

YES! This is a FREE virtual playshop lovingly crafted for heart-centered coaches, healers, creators, leaders, writers, and entrepreneurs who want a better world. This is open to both men and women, as well as anyone who identifies as gender neutral. As long as you vibe with sparkles, you’re welcome here!

2. How do I register?

Select the time that works best and fill in your details to receive your Zoom link. We’ll meet on Tuesday, January 20th at your choice of:

(1) 10:30 am Los Angeles / 1:30 pm NYC / 6:30 pm London / 7:30 pm Paris

(2) 3 pm Los Angeles / 6 pm NYC / Wednesday 10 am Sydney

3. What if I can’t join live? Is there a replay?

Yes, there will be a replay.! Yet, you’ll get a delicious experience by joining LIVE to play, interact, and have fun. Plus there are PRIZES.

4. How should I prepare? What should I bring?

We’ll join together for about 90 minutes, with some optional coaching after. It’s great to arrive in the waiting room a few minutes early so that we can create a loving and safe space for transformation. You’re encouraged to bring (1) your love and creativity, (2) a journal and something to write with, and (3) a short, one sentence introduction about you or your work in the world for the opening shares in the chat (if you’d like to participate).

What if I’m not a coach or healer?

This workshop will focus on creating a space of energetic empowerment and then using this to align your offerings with your vision. I find this work is most helpful for coaches and healers. Yet most of us are leaders in the world in some way. If this space calls to you, you're welcome to join in, regardless of your current role. When I refer to your offering you can think of of it as applying to yourself, your children, your team, or whatever resonates :)
