In this fun interactive playshop together, we’ll combine neuroscience & somatic psychology (somatic = “in the body”) with transformational business & leadership to help you pleasurably elevate the value of the amazing work you already do, decrease abundance-draining anxiety & overwhelm, and increase abundance-creating clarity and confidence.

As a Certified Coach & Creativity Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a background in sales & marketing, I’ve helped 100s of clients and students shine brightly and confidently in the world and make money with their magic. I’d love to support you to do the same.

1. Is this for men or women? Is it free?

YES! This is a FREE virtual playshop lovingly crafted for heart-centered coaches, healers, creators, leaders, writers, and entrepreneurs who want a better world. This is open to both men and women, as well as anyone who identifies as gender neutral. As long as you vibe with sparkles, you’re welcome here!

2. What if I’m not a coach or healer?

These skills are valuable for anyone looking to transform their mindset with joy. I believe we are all leaders (as lovers, parents & humans in the world), so feel free to join in, regardless of your current role. When I refer to your “clients,” you can think of it as applying to yourself, your children, your team, or whatever resonates :)

3. How do I register?

Select a spot that works best for your time zone HERE, then fill in your contact details to receive your Zoom link. These are the options:

4. How should I prepare?

It’s wonderful to show up on-camera ready to play, interact, and have fun (being there live in this awesome community is the best part!). It’s also great to arrive in the waiting room a few minutes early so that we can create a loving and safe space for transformation.

5. What should I bring?

You’re encouraged to bring (1) your love and creativity, (2) a journal and something to write with, and (3) a short introduction about you or your work in the world for the breakout activity (if you’d like to participate).
